Shipping Policy
All in stock items are shipped within 2-3 working days after reciept of verified payment.
If an item is not in stock and there is likely to be a delay, you will be informed by telephone or email of the expected delivery date.
All items are shipped via An Post and will be shipped with a tracking number. You may need to sign for the parcel on arrival.
All Ready Made and personalised product may take between 7 - 10 working days to dispatch.
No order will be shipped until verified payment has been received and these lead times start once this has been verified i.e processed credit card payment, cleared cheque or reciept of Bankers draft.

Returns & Cancellations
If you change your mind:
You have the right to return goods (with the exception of items with have been made to order, (e.g. assembled boxes, printed items, etc.) and confectionary) without giving a reason, within a seven-day period, known as the cooling off period. If you return goods, as detailed, within 14 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note, we cannot refund the original cost of delivery unless the goods were faulty or we had delivered the goods to you in error. Goods must be received unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Goods not received back in an acceptable condition may be refused.
To return an item to us for a refund just follow these simple steps:
1. Copy your invoice or write a note with your details. (Please be sure to include your Order Reference number (this can be found on your invoice note or order confirmation email).
2. Pack the unused or faulty item and its original packaging securely and send the package, together with a copy of the invoice or invoice details to the address below:

We recommend that you use some form of Recorded Delivery when sending returns as we cannot issue a refund for goods that do not reach us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the goods were faulty or we had delivered the goods to you in error.
Faulty /Defective or Incorrect Goods received:
You can always return goods if they are defective. You should inspect the goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage. We must be notified within 3 working days of any items received defective, damaged or if there is a shortfall in the quantity sent. Simply return the damaged goods using An Posts recorded parcel delivery service and we will issue a replacement if available or if required by the customer a refund. Where goods are damaged or faulty, the cost of returning the goods will be reimbursed to the customer.
Incorrect quantity received:
We must be notified within 3 working days if there is a shortfall in the quantity sent.
Cancellations:
You are free to cancel your order up until the order goes into production (e.g. ready to use favours, printed itmes) or up until the goods are dispatched in the case of all other items.You can cancel your order by emailing us at info@weddingfavours.ie. Please include your Order Reference number and full details of your order. Please note that you CANNOT cancel your order once it has been dispatched, assembled or printed, if you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched you will need to return the item(s) to us for a refund in accordance with our Returns policy (see above). We cannot accept returns for items which have been customised, or made to order.
